T-CCS wire is what we often call "CP" wire. It is a new type of composite material with high-quality low-carbon steel as the core wire, uniformly coated with an oxygen-free copper layer by mechanical means, and then plated with a pure tin layer. Due to the high purity of materials selected for each cladding (plating) layer, the compactness between the copper cladding layer and the tin plating layer is good. It can generally be divided into two types: flexible state (A) and hard state (H).
T-CCS wire has both the high electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability of copper wire, the high strength and bendability of steel wire, the thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of tin, and has certain oxidation resistance at high temperatures. In addition, because it has excellent strength and weldability, and is resistant to bending and strong welding points, its vibration resistance is 3-6 times that of pure copper wire, which is convenient for automatic operation.
