Copper-clad steel wire adopts advanced cladding welding and copper-plating manufacturing technology, and the high-quality copper strip is concentrically clad and coated on the outer surface of the core wire such as steel rod or steel wire, and form a strong bond at the atomic level between the copper layer and the core wire. This process enables two different metal materials to be combined into an inseparable whole, and can be drawn and annealed like a single metal wire. During the drawing process, the ratio of copper alloy and steel to copper changes, while the volume ratio of copper layer remains relatively constant. Due to the "skin effect" characteristic of high-frequency signals, copper-clad steel wires have the same electrical conductivity as pure copper wires when transmitting high-frequency signals (greater than 5MHz).
